The prices and times listed are minimums. Everyone's cleaning service needs are different and nearly impossible to assess site unseen. A consultation is highly recommended before scheduling appointments to provide you with the most accurate information possible. Additionally, every cleaning isn't routine. Appointment times are approximate estimates within an hour.
While we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning service available, we also have expectations we compel our customers to adhere to ensure we can fulfill everyone's needs as professionally as possible.

If you, your family members, or pets have allergies, dislikes, or preferences for certain cleaning agents, it is your responsibility to inform us of these prior to our services.

If your preferred cleaning products are specialized, high end, or not ones we carry; it is your responsibility to have these available for use at your property.

There is a $75 minimum for all services we offer.

If you miss an appointment, there will be a $25 fee.

We will wait up to 20 minutes for late appointments. After that time you will be charged a $25 fee. Our wait time is considered working time.

A third occurrence and subsequent occurrences of cancelled appointments within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $25 fee.

We don't mind doing extras when we have time, but please do not expect them to be included at the original agreed upon cost.

It is common for cleaners to move items to clean under them or behind, etc.. While Considerate Clean is not responsible for lost items, please do not hesitate to contact us if you can not locate an item. *Tip ~ Moving and returning items to be able to clean slows down our progress and efficiency.

Excessive cleaning is not included in recurring/ piece rate cleaning appointments. If your property requires out of the ordinary cleaning, this service will be provided at a hourly rate.

We can not control the weather or road conditions, during inclement weather we will give you as much notice as possible if we are unable to travel to your location. Alternative appointment times will be arranged.

Basic cleaning includes kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, laundry rooms, hallways, and stairs. In these rooms, our focus is on floors, horizontal surfaces, & high touch areas. We dust, sanitize, vacuum, mop, spot check interior windows and walls, polish fixtures, gather trash, lightly organize, and replenish paper products provided by the customer.
