     Success makes me passionate about generating more success. Therefore, I strive to be the best at all tasks I am assigned. Some believe that their job has no purpose or doesn't matter in the scheme of things. I am not one of those individuals. Whether I am encouraging an associate on a tough day, cleaning a property so a family can be comfortable, or researching new products or methods to improve efficiency; I am confident that my actions add value to others, our clients, and our community.

    I would have never imagined that when cleaning my neighbors' houses at the age of 13, I was on my way to a rewarding career in housekeeping. The next leg of this journey was when I was employed as the Housekeeping and Facility Maintenance Supervisor at a medical device manufacturer for 14 years. My career then led me to Mission Hospital as one of their Environmental Services Supervisors. I was not long in that position when I was promoted to the  Assistant Director of EVS for the esteemed health system.

 

     My last employer was a local vacation rental company. I served as their Director of Housekeeping Services. I was able to oversee the housekeeping for over 100 properties covering 4 counties. I accomplished notable success in this role by substantially raising and maintaining guest satisfaction scores, setting precedence for the department to be profitable, and nearly eliminating housekeeping complaints.

     For many years, my "fans" have encouraged me to start my own housekeeping company. That is exactly what I have decided to do. Considerate Clean is a private residential cleaning service I have established using over 20 years expertise in housekeeping and customer service excellence.
